Although we are in the middle of winter, it is still important to realize that the sun’s harmful rays are still present. Unprotected Ultraviolet (UV) exposure causes many skin problems that can be avoided. When you are outdoors, even in the winter, you should be wearing sunscreen with at least 15 SPF.
